Shipping Policy - the basics

At 22DEZIGNZ, we strive to deliver your custom-designed products in a timely and secure manner. This Shipping Policy outlines how we handle the shipping of your orders, including processing times, shipping methods, and delivery timelines.

By making a purchase on our website, you agree to the terms outlined in this Shipping Policy.

1. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 7 business days of receipt. Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time, and custom-designed products may take longer to process due to the nature of the design work.

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with details about your order and expected shipping time.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping methods to deliver your products:

Domestic Shipping:

  • Standard Shipping: 7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 5 business days

  • Priority Shipping: 3 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping carrier, the delivery location, and other factors outside our control.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination and the size/weight of the package. You can view the shipping costs during the checkout process before completing your order. 

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking number and a link to track the status of your shipment. You can use this tracking number to monitor your order as it makes its way to you.

5. Custom and Made-to-Order Items

If you have ordered a custom-designed product or a made-to-order item, please note that these products may take additional time to create and process. You will be notified of the expected delivery date when your order is confirmed. The estimated shipping date for custom orders will be outlined in your order confirmation email.

6. Shipping Delays

While we aim to deliver your orders on time, shipping delays can sometimes occur due to factors beyond our control, including weather, carrier issues. If there are any significant delays, we will notify you as soon as possible and keep you updated on the status of your order.

7. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that the shipping address you provide during checkout is correct and complete. We are not responsible for any delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you need to update your address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

8. Lost or Damaged Items

We take great care to package and ship your products securely. However, if your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at 22dezignzcustom@gmail.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure that you receive a replacement or refund if necessary.
